About Me
Hello! My name is Caitlin Trainor and I am passionate about Spirituality and healing! I have spent my life being curious about all different ways to heal and began my journey in 2008 when I graduated with my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work doing this part time in my other business. I have wanted to expand my capacity for learning how to help others heal in many different forms for years. I started dipping my toes into mediumship and different forms of healing in 2015. I continued these adventures receiving regular Reiki treatments for myself, eventually getting trained myself. I have continued to refine my skills studying under Cyndi Dale, one of the most prolific energy healers of our time. I have worked on healing my own traumas, losses, and soul, so that I can show up as my most authentic self (a continual process). Healing is a never ending journey for me and my passion is helping other people dust off all the junk we get covered in while living in a polarity world. Energy Healing
Energy work is a true passion of mine. I have been studying energy work for many years now. Would you like you chakras balanced? Would you like to help your soul let go of blockages that keep you repeating the same patterns? Would you like to feel more confident, but don't know what's holding you back?
Do you need an energetic reset? Need to clear out trauma? Healing can be performed in person/online. Do you feel like you would like to know about your original soul wounds? Past lives?
Let's work together! I am currently in the final stages of a year long apprenticeship with one of the premier healers of our time, Cyndi Dale. I have had class 3 times a week for the past year really working to expand my knowledge and skill set in energy medicine.

Mediumship
Mediumship allows me to connect with your passed loved ones. I get messages from them through clairvoyance-clear seeing, clairaudience-clear hearing, and clairsentience-clear feeling.
It is my belief that spirit provides me with messages so that I can deliver them as they come to me.
Sometimes, it's not until after the messages are delivered and digested that a person can take in all that they have to say. For this reason I encourage people to record their sessions.
Because Spirit is in charge of what messages get delivered, I cannot guarantee that the person you are hoping to speak with will come through.
Going to a mediumship reading brings up a lot of feelings for people. It can feel nerve-wracking and exciting and it requires us to step into the unknown. Allowing yourself to be open assists with the flow of information coming through.

Holistic Life Coaching
This is time where we will discuss your hopes, dreams, and desires and what's stopping you from getting there. I have over 11 years experience working with people on their preferred outcomes. Sometimes it's hard to change long established patterns. This allows me to provide traditional life coaching, but with a holistic and spiritual approach. It can include, Reiki, intuition, tarot cards etc. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions Page for more information.
